By downloading or using Our October, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Our October is a Halloween counting and planning tool. It has no accounts and stores your data only on your own device. We don't guarantee the app will be available at all times, and features may change between updates.

Our October Pro is offered as a one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase (not a subscription). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Once purchased, Pro features remain unlocked on that account going forward.

The Treat Jar tip tiers are optional, one-time consumable purchases that support development. They don't unlock any feature and aren't refundable except through Apple's or Google's standard purchase policies.

Use Our October for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or this website.

Our October is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
