Refund Policy

Our October doesn't process payments directly -- every purchase (Our October Pro or a tip) goes through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and we don't have the ability to issue refunds ourselves.

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, find Our October, and follow Apple's refund request flow. Apple reviews and decides all refund requests for App Store purchases.

Once Our October is available on Google Play, refund requests for purchases made there go through Google Play's own refund process in the Play Store app or at support.google.com/googleplay.

If you have trouble with the refund process itself, reach out at ouroctober@appsthathelp.com and we'll help however we can, though the final decision on any refund is Apple's or Google's.
